Where we deliver

We ship from the UAE to addresses across the United Arab Emirates.

Order processing

Orders are processed on business days. In-stock orders are usually prepared and dispatched within 1 business day of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery times

Next-day delivery is available on eligible orders within the UAE. The delivery options and estimated delivery date for your order are shown at checkout before you pay. Delivery to remote areas may take longer.

Delivery costs

Delivery is free on orders over AED 100. For orders under AED 100, the delivery charge is shown at checkout before you pay.

Items awaiting stock

Products marked "Awaiting stock, shipping soon" can be ordered now and will be dispatched as soon as stock arrives. If your order contains in-stock and awaiting-stock items, we will contact you about shipping options.

Tracking your order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation with tracking details by email or SMS.

Damaged or missing parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected time, please contact us with your order number and we will resolve it with the courier.
