Collector questions

Is this product factory sealed?

Yes. Every TCG product we sell is 100% authentic and arrives in the manufacturer's original factory seal. It is never opened, searched or resealed.

Is this the English or Japanese version?

The language is shown at the top of this page and in the set details. Japanese and English products contain different cards and pack sizes, so please check before ordering.

Can I return opened packs or boxes?

For fairness to every collector, opened packs, boxes and cards can't be returned. Unopened products in their original seal can be returned within 14 days of delivery. See our refund policy for full details.

How fast is delivery in the UAE?

We deliver across the UAE, and delivery is free on orders over AED 100. You'll see delivery options and costs at checkout.

Are pull rates or specific cards guaranteed?

No. Packs are sealed by the manufacturer and their contents are random, so specific cards or pull rates can't be guaranteed.
